It can be stored for over a year at room temperature in a tightly sealed container.
It is packaged in a high-barrier container. After opening, store it with the air removed.

お取り扱いにあたって
柿渋を扱う際は、ゴム手袋を使用してください。（肌に付着した柿渋が乾燥するとバリバリになります。）
柿渋商品は密栓状態ですと長期保存は可能ですが、極端に粘度が高くなりゲル化することがあります。開栓後はできるだけ早く使い切ってください。
容器の底部に果肉が沈殿する場合がありますが、密栓状態であれば品質に問題はありません。
なるべく温度変化が少ない室温暗所で保存してください。冷蔵・凍結保存は避けてください。

Persimmon tannin products can be stored long-term when tightly sealed, but they may become extremely viscous and gel. Once opened, please use the product as soon as possible.
Fruit pulp may settle at the bottom of the container, but this does not affect quality if the container is tightly sealed.
Store in a cool, dark place with minimal temperature fluctuations. Avoid refrigeration or freezing.
